Merriam-Webster’s primary definition of “home” reads “one’s place of residence”. What does that mean for us nomads who find our residence ever changing? This week I have been defining my own version of home. The people I know and love, the friends I meet on the road, the experiences I have, and the inner most center of my being – of which I am never without.
This week I had the opportunity to revisit a fond childhood memory. While not everyone is able to look upon their past with fondness, one thing we can all do in revisiting our past, is better understand why we are what we are today. We can use these memories to put ourselves in check – to make sure that we are heading down the path of becoming that which we mean to become.
Vlog #3: There’s no place like home
Special thanks to Matt Giles for the amazing music. I would not be where I am today without the love and support of my amazing friends.

I love watching these! I take off from MO to NM and CO by myself for a week every year and explore and photograph. It’s refreshing to be able to go where you want to, by yourself and photograph! Happy Trails!
